Every summer my kids go Moshi mad...every weekend we head out on a Moshi mission, searching car boots to find Moshi Monsters missing from our collection, something we have been collecting since Ellie was about Jenson's age, whilst she may no longer play with the Moshi's as she once did, they are still something she collects and keeps locked away!! Start by hatching, customising and naming your own monstery pet. Once the Moshling has settled into its new home, log into the app every day to find and hatch different Moshling pals to build their collections. You can even collect friends’ unique Moshlings because each personalised character has its own shareable code. Within the app you can play games, solve puzzles and answer questions to earn Rox, which can be used to buy monstrous food, funny furniture and decorations in Snozzle Wobbleson’s Gross-ery Store to fully customise your Moshling's home!

Jenson absolutely loves this app! He loves everything about it, from the cards to collect, to the whole way the app works! Every night when he gets in from school he logs in to feed and clean his Moshi and check out which Moshling is hatching from his daily egg! The games are fun and the app is bright and colourful and engaging, everything a 6 year old could want from an app! Is it educational? Not particularly! But does it keep an easily bored 6 year old out of trouble and out of boredom for half n hour every day? Yes it does!

Hey everybody! After a long couple of years without any new updates or merchandise, a brand new book has released, full of new art and images created specifically for the book!

The book is like that of a Petlandia book, Petlandia is a new brand by Mind Candy, the creators of Moshi Monsters. When purchasing the book, you can customize it with your own name! The book will be all about searching for the Moshling of your name! You can even include a personalized message in the book. The book also includes trading cards and includes a card with a Moshling with your name!

The book is available on the site linked above and costs £20.00 for paperback and a £28.00 for hardback, the shipping is free and should only take up to 3-5 days to be delivered if you live in the UK, though it will take 7-9 days if you live in the US or Canada.

The Moshling shown at the end of the book is supposedly a unique Moshling, perhaps the Moshling is different in every book? There have been 3 images of “Poppy”, Poppy is the default name for the Moshling that is used to advertise the book, of course the name of the Moshling will be whatever your name is if you buy your own book. Interesting! The book also includes secret codes to unlock Moshlings on a brand new Moshi Monsters app, Moshi Egg Hunt! Moshi Egg Hunt is available now for free on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Moshi have lowered the aging of their targeted audience on this app, it is now recommended for children aged 6-8.

The game is quite simple, every day you play a mini-game to get an egg, which you can hatch the next day, you can also play extra mini-games to unlock furniture to place in your house on the app. The app is almost like a washed-down version of the regular Moshi Monsters game, with a lot less features. The app is somewhat updated with Moshling Sets, Mythies being the most recent set you can get Moshlings from and Fuddy being the most recent Moshling you can get. The app includes a new Egg Hunt exclusive set, the Friendlies! This seems similar to the Smilies and Happies. It is unknown if this set will make its way into the original online game.
